| Working in close collaboration with the Department of Defense, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and many other local, state and federal agencies, the Hawaii DMAT established an isolation treatment facility at the Honolulu on July 22, 2008; established an ACM and Safe Haven on the island of Kauai, and flew a CCATT mission aboard a USAF C-17 between Honolulu and PMRF on July 24, 2008. |
